Smiley has over ten years of experience in marketing, management, and entertainment. He started his professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area as an actor and model at the age of 18 and has worked with prestigious companies such as Oracle, Lenovo, and UCSF. He remained in this field for six years before eventually transitioning into a managerial role with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he established himself as a top 1% manager in one of the largest regions in the country.

Upon moving to North Carolina in 2016, Smiley quickly adopted the communication and business skills he acquired from his previous professions to pursue a career in real estate.
